Release date of Saved.....

Hey y'all....well I just got to our condo about 30 minutes ago after driving almost four hours with two teenage girls in the car ;-)

I'm going to get real and honest with y'all here (since my daughter did with me in the car).

Currently I'm working on the copyedits for Saved. Things are moving a lot SLOWER than I thought. My eyes are giving me hell and yesterday I spent almost 8 hours straight on my lap top.

This week has been my daughter's spring break and starting today is our family vacation. I plan on working on edits as much as I can but I also need to spend time with my family. The girls are begging to go shopping and I don't have the heart to tell them "No, I have to do edits."

Darrin is not here yet but once he gets here I'm hoping he will take over on keeping the girls occupied.

With all that said.....I don't want this book to be rushed. I want to deliver a solid good read for y'all and the only way to do that is to take my time and not rush. I know how much everyone is waiting for Saved and believe me....you don't know how badly I want to give you Saved. At the rate I am going, I just cannot see being done in time to get it uploaded by tomorrow afternoon in order to have it released by midnight tomorrow.

I absolutely DO NOT want to do this but I'm afraid I'm going to have to delay the release of Saved. I'm going to push the release date to next Thursday April 4th. BUT...I'm going to work my ass off the next few days to get it to y'all sooner. I will for sure NOT be releasing it on Tuesday (Walking Disaster release date....need I say more?!?!)

Please be patient with me y'all....I'm really doing the best I can but I'm seriously regretting getting eye surgery right now.....

I promise you I will work as much as I can to get this book out to you ASAP. If I somehow am able to pull an all niter tonight and get this thing done I promise I will.

I'm so sorry to disappoint y'all....my heart is breaking.......

Apple iBookstores in the U.K. and Ireland Promote Self-Published Authors

Good morning y'all.

I woke up this morning to an email that just blew me away. I have never felt so blessed in my life. Wanted has been featured in this weeks Breakout Books from Apple’s U.K. and Ireland iBookstores (Link to Wanted is below)

I wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to Apple and to Smashwords for this wonderful honor. I truly am beyond words. What started out to be just an idea about a love story has turned into something so much more. I truly am blessed with the amount of people I have meet through my first book Wanted.

Thank you to EVERYONE who has made this possible. If it weren't for you I would not be sitting here this morning making this blog post and flying high like a fool. 

I can't wait to share Saved with y'all (Due to be published March 30th) and then Faithful early this summer. 

Thank you again Apple and Smashwords and everyone everywhere that has purchased and shared Wanted.

Saved release date

Well Saved is at the editor's as we speak! Yea!!! 

Right now I'm looking at March 30th as the official release date for Saved date. Eeeppp!

Now...I have to clean my poor neglected house!
