It seriously feels like you wrote about me. Minus the 11 books. Growing up I wrote all the time, skits, plays, poems, etc. I have a couple poems published and have one that I absolutely L.O.V.E. I should frame it. haha. kidding (about the framing part.) It was one I wrote in high school, and actually did a project in Spanish class of translating from english to spanish, which recently I found the spanish copy. I threw away my books when they were filled also, ugh~major regret.
I even had the creative writing professor who failed all my papers and made me think my life long dream of being an author was junk, and therefore I did not continue with my writing. I went on to have 4 kids and no time. Another regret.
This year has been a major year for me, crap wise. But I can say besides my family (husband and kids), reading has been my escape and saving grace. I want to thank you for contributing to that also. It really has made difficult times not so bad. (or feel not so much bad even though when the book closed, the bad came back).

Thank you for this post, it for sure has my wheels turning, wondering.....And keep writing, you ARE amazing!Staceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09609984955120180845noreply@blogger.com
